Karma Kitchen.
Industrial. Fun. Bold

The story. Dark kitchens, also known as virtual kitchens or delivery-only restaurants, have become increasingly popular as a way for food businesses to serve customers by pickup or delivery only. And for this multi-million pound business that's now the market leader in dark kitchens, they wanted to tap into the market with a site that delivered functionality while being true to their signature style.

The job. We were commissioned to create Karma Kitchen's very first site. The brief was to turn an industrial unit into an on-brand commercial kitchen, co-working and storage space for chefs and food businesses.

The details. Brand graphics were used internally and externally. We also added hanging plants to create a sense of wellbeing and glass partitions to allow natural light to fill the kitchen areas.

The details. We designed the kitchen workspace to be clean, practical and functional as well as adding Karma Kitchen's signature pink tiles. These tiles have now been used across all of their sites.
